We are making a commitment today!! Tiffany has a target of lossing 30 Lbs starting today and finishing on Jun 16. Diana has a target of lossing 20 Lbs during the same range of time. We promise not to eat the following during all these months:
No Fried Food No sodas No bread No high sugar alcohol No Sugar on coffee No vending machine
Do: 2 Lt of H2O a day 1 drink when we go out Only salads for dinner Exercise 4 time a week
